Pan Phillips left Wyoming and came to the Chilcotin area of British Columbia in the early days of the dirty thirties. He was a hard working,hard drinking horsehandler who is still remembered for his humour,wilderness savvy,eccentricities and his ability,on occasion, to accomplish the impossible. Pan Phillips rode with Rich Hobson of Grass Beyond the Mountains and was recently featured on the TV series "Nothing Too Good For a Cowboy".
