The book spans the range of regional cuisines from the bounty of the Pacific Ocean to the berries of the Fraser Valley, the whole grains of the Peace region, the beef and lamb of the Cariboo rangelands and the cornucopia provided by the orchards and vineyards of the Okanagan.
