About the Authors

Troy and Cheryl-Lynn Townsin captured the attention of the world when their first book, Cooking with BC Wine, won a Gourmand World Cookbook Award. They have since aded to their food and wine repertoire with Cooking with the Wines of Washington and Cooking with the Wines of Oregon, published by Whitecap Books. Troy runs a weekly food and wine column on CBC radio and has worked as a wine judge at the BC Lieutenant Governor's Wine Awards and the Okanagan Spring and Fall Festivals. Cheryl-Lynn comes from a family of wine-lovers and when she is not running 'recipe trials' and sampling fine BC wines she manages International Programmes at Royal Roads University on Vancouver Island. Troy and Cheryl-Lynn live in Victoria, BC.
